In light of stricter requirements and quality controls for aggregates and sands, together with environmental concerns, companies are upgrading their production processes and updating their facilities to assure the quality needed in materials intended for a number of uses, such as high resistant concrete, asphalt paving and mortar sands, among others.
ERAL takes an active interest in projects from the outset to ensure end product quality compliant with the existing sand and aggregates legislation, as it happens with the provisions on aggregates for use in the manufacture of high strength concrete or asphalt paving.
To meet the growing market demand for special sands, we continue to improve the latest technologies furnishing new developments for automated, more precise and versatile processing plants. As an example, we mention our two-washing-stage hydrocyclone plants, our compact-pack hydrocyclone plants able to simultaneously produce sand for mortar and concrete and, in particular, our plants equipped with smalll diameter, high precision cut-off hydrocyclones, designed to obtain sands for conduit pipe laying, farm land conditioning, sports field development and high resistant precast concrete parts.
