ERAL’s background, together with its accumulated experience in the development and construction of processing equipment have enabled the firm to undertake large-scale projects led to the supply of turnkey treatment plants. At the same time it conducts studies for plant expansions or remodels to increase capacity and/or optimise processing.

Given its track record of excellent service to the industry since its inception, ERAL is endorsed on the domestic and international markets by a long list of plants whose ongoing high performance serve as corporate references.

Suffice it to cite, by way of example, in the Metal Mining industry a number of gravity concentration plants for heavy mineral ores treatment (wolfram, tin, iron and gold), with capacities ranging from 30 to 300 t/h, or a 1 000 t/day copper/lead/zinc concentration plant. In the Sand and Gravel industry, numerous plants between 100 to 1000 t/h capacity with sludge sedimentation and dewatering systems able to handle a high concentration of suspended solids, currently specified in any number of applications, including tunnel excavation. In the Industrial Minerals industry, many complete plants between 20 to 200 t/h capacity for kaolin, silica sand and feldspar treatment, not to mention a clay crushing and stockyard finished product facilities, with a 1200 t/h capacity. In the Environmental and Other Industries, such as a silica sand reclaiming plant (100 t/h) to regenerate foundry sands, as well as other process plants for coal treatment (500 t/h) and iodine/nitrate salts treatment (100 t/h).
